Stonehedge is a deed restricted community with rules and regulations that all residents must abide by in order to establish a community we can all be proud to call home. When our subdivision was created an irrevocable covenant of rules and regulations were established.  All homeowners should have a copy and are required to comply with these Deed Restrictions, if you do not have a copy you can download one by clicking on the link above.  These Deed Restrictions were established to maintain the standards and property values of our community.  All homeowners are also responsible to ensure that their agents/management companies, guests, and tenants do comply with these covenants. If there are any violations the homeowner will receive the appropriate notice according to our covenants. 

Planning a home improvement, painting the exterior of your home, expanding your driveway, wanting to plant or change the appearance of the exterior of your home or landscaping, etc?  We remind all homeowners that according to our Deed Restrictions, Architectural Review Board (ARB) approval is required.  Please avoid neighborhood conflicts and complete an Architectural Review Application and submit it along with the required paperwork to our Board for approval.
